The Brisbane Kollection sells The Money Hub memberships through Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Purchases are covered by Paddle's Refund Policy, including its applicable request periods, eligibility rules and your statutory consumer rights.

30-day refund window

The Brisbane Kollection offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your membership, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the payment date, including a monthly renewal payment. Submit your request to Paddle at paddle.net within this window. This guarantee does not limit any longer refund period or other rights required by applicable law.

Request a refund

Visit paddle.net and use your purchase email or receipt to locate your payment and request help. Paddle processes refund requests and returns eligible refunds to the original payment method. Timing depends on the payment method and bank.

Cancellation is separate

Cancelling stops future renewals according to your subscription's cancellation terms; it does not automatically refund earlier charges. Ask Paddle for a refund separately. Deleting your planner data or account does not replace a cancellation request.

Nothing in this policy limits refund or cancellation rights required by applicable law.
