Agreement and service

These terms are between you and The Brisbane Kollection, the operator of B. Budgeted / The Money Hub. By creating an account or continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms. You must be legally able to enter this agreement and provide accurate account information.

The Money Hub is a personal finance planning and manual tracking tool. It does not connect to banks, hold funds, or move, deposit or withdraw money. The service is not financial, investment, legal or tax advice and does not recommend buying or selling investments. You are responsible for your financial decisions.

Membership and billing

The monthly membership price is shown on our public membership page and confirmed at checkout. A subscription renews monthly until cancelled. Applicable taxes, currency and the amount charged are shown at checkout. Active paid membership is required for planner access; non-payment may suspend access until successful payment restores an active subscription.

Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Manage cancellation and payment methods using your billing management link or Paddle support at paddle.net. Deleting planner data or a login is not a substitute for cancelling recurring billing; cancel your subscription before closing your account.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Your account and acceptable use

Keep your credentials confidential and do not share membership access. You must not use the service unlawfully, commit fraud, send spam, infringe intellectual property, upload malware, probe or interfere with security, scrape data without authorisation, access another person's records or bypass subscription restrictions.

Ownership and licence

The Brisbane Kollection retains ownership of the service, software, documentation and branding. Membership grants a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service under these terms. You retain rights to the information you submit and grant us permission to host and process it only as needed to provide and secure the service. Do not redistribute the software or branding without permission.

Statement extraction

Upload only statements you have the right to use. Automated suggestions may omit transactions or categorise them incorrectly; review and correct results before saving. You are responsible for your submitted information and use of results. Do not use uploads to introduce unlawful content or interfere with the service. We may refuse processing or restrict access for misuse.

Availability and responsibility

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose. These terms do not exclude mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Keep copies of information important to you.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. Suspension for non-payment does not itself delete planner information. Account closure and data requests are handled as described in the Privacy Notice; records required by law may be retained. Refund requests remain subject to the Refund Policy and applicable law.

Changes

We may update these terms and notify you of material changes where required. Any subscription price change will be communicated before it applies in accordance with applicable law and the payment terms.
